How Does Welcomo Work?
- Registering the Visit in the System
The host simply enters visitor details into the system – name, surname, email, and arrival date. - Invitation and Security Code
The invited person receives an email invitation containing meeting details and a unique security code. - Fast On-Site Check-in
Upon arrival, the visitor enters the security code or scans the QR code directly at the Welcomo kiosk. This verifies their identity, and access is automatically granted. - Issuing an Access Card
After successful check-in, Welcomo issues an access card and notifies the relevant employee of their visitor’s arrival.
