We are a responsible company and firmly believe in the principles of sustainability. That’s why we have begun developing our ESG strategy to be in line with the CSRD, with an emphasis on the circular economy. This focuses on minimising waste and maximising resource recovery, an area that has long fascinated us.
So what are we focusing on?
Repair and refurbishment: our priority is to repair and refurbish facilities and equipment rather than replace them. This approach saves resources, extends the life of our equipment and minimises waste. Every piece of equipment we can repair is a step towards a more sustainable operation.
Resource sharing systems: we efficiently use our tools and equipment between branches and projects through resource sharing systems. This allows us to make the most of available resources and reduce the need to purchase new equipment. We offer customers integrated facility management that promotes sustainability and adds value.
Composting and biodiversity: as part of our gardening and maintenance services, we introduce composting of bio-waste and actively promote biodiversity on our sites, for example by planting native plant and tree species. These initiatives contribute to ecological balance and support the local ecosystem.
Uniform recycling and upcycling: we have established a recycling and upcycling programme for our uniforms. We clean used uniforms and use them as second-class uniforms. When this is not possible, uniforms are environmentally disposed of or upcycled into rugs. This approach allows us to protect our brand while meeting our environmental commitments.
