Signed – M2C Holding is entering the Prague Stock Exchange!

We have officially started the process of entering the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange. Our goal is to raise the lower tens of millions of euros, which we will use for further international expansion, development of digital solutions and help us to increase our market share.
In 33 years, we have transformed from a local security agency into a group with an international presence – today we are active in 13 European countries and expanding towards the US and the Middle East. Also thanks to our own technology division Innovis, we develop advanced systems for building management, automation and data analytics – such as the M2C Space, Welcomo and Innolytics platforms.

By going public, we can accelerate our growth, invest in new solutions, and at the same time remain firmly rooted in what we do best – providing quality, value-added services. The IPO is a logical step for us. We are strengthening investor confidence, opening up to the public and at the same time maintaining our Czech roots – that is why we chose the Prague Stock Exchange.
